Delete your Benchpresso account.

The optional account and its private cloud data can be deleted without erasing the workout records stored locally on your phone.

Delete it in the app

  1. Open Settings → Account.
  2. Choose Delete account and cloud data.
  3. Confirm with your password.
    Benchpresso revokes your sessions and removes or schedules deletion of your account, buddy relationships, permissions, projections, and private cloud objects.

Workouts in SQLite on this device stay here. Account deletion cannot recall exports, operating-system backups, or a workout or preset a buddy already imported. Operational database backups become eligible for cleanup after 14 full days and are normally removed by the next daily run, less than 16 days after creation. Host downtime or a failed cleanup can delay removal until recovery.

Request deletion without the app

Email from the address on your Benchpresso account so ownership can be verified. Include your @username and write “Delete my Benchpresso account and cloud data.” Do not send your password, session token, export, or workout details.

If the request cannot be verified from the account email, support may ask for a fresh in-app verification step. Temporary account freezing is not used as a substitute for deletion.
